Risk Assessment:
i will need to identify any hazards that may occur on set. such as tripping hazards and hot halogen lights.
minor talent release form:
whenever a performer is under the age of 18 I will need to fill out a minor talent release form.
talent release form:
whenever a performer is over the age of 18 I will need to fill out a talent release form i am personally not over 18 so i will, not use this form.
location release form:
when ever i will fill out in a location i will need to sing this so they know i will be filming in there location.
