The Health and Safety at Work Act is the act signed by employers

welfare at work" this includes: maintaining a safe working environment,
when handling dangerous substances the handling and storage must be safe, the training of staff must be adequate to
ensure health and safety. The employers must also keep a written record of their
health and safety policy. This act only applies to those employing five or more.

(DSE) Regulations (1992):
The Health and Safety (DSE) Regulations act is the act
signed by employers to ensure that comply with the health and safety using
Display Screen Equipment (DSE) this may include fatigue, eyestrain, and
backache from overuse or improper use of electronic device that contain a back
lighted display.
The way this law will affect me is that i wold have to adjust the height of my chair so my eyes are level to the top of the monitor, adjust the lumbar support of my chair. also i will need to make shore the monitors brightness is not to bright or dim so i will follow the regulations of this act.

Computer Misuse
Act (1998)
The Computer Misuse Act is the act signed by staff to
prevent unauthorised access to digital material with or without the intent to
commit a crime, unauthorised modification of digital material or hardware, supplying,
obtaining or Making, anything, which can break any of the rules in the computer
misuse offences may result in a dismissal from the business.

and Patents Act (1998)
The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act this act restate the
law of copyright and was introduced to protect the rights of creative mediums
such as but not limited to Literary, musical, Sound recordings, films, Broadcasts
and other artistic works. Using these without permission will be punishable by the
full extent of the law.
The way this law will affect me is that I wold have to make all the content myself or I will need to seek permission for the copyrighted assets.
